New Participant Setup Guide

Step 1: Download the Maggie’s Place App from the App Store or Google Play:

  • Open the app and tap Sign Up (or Log In if they already have an account).
  • Enter email address and create a password.
  • Verify email through the link sent to their inbox.

Step 2: Set Up Family Profile (for Childcare):

  • Go to Profile → tap the pencil icon → Manage Account Info.
  • Scroll to Family → tap Add Family.
  • Enter child’s name and details.
  • Save. (Repeat for each child.)
  • Go to browser and select each child and fill in the kids information- this will link the kids to moms account.

Step 3: Booking Appointments:

  • Tap Appointments in the Book tab.
  • Select a service (e.g., FSC Case Management, Counseling, etc.).
  • Pick a date and time.
  • Confirm appointment>
